The procurement is conducted as a public tender procedure.The procurement covers Airport Liability Insurance including War/Terrorism insurance and involves the following lots:Lot 1: Airport LiabilityLot 2: Excess Aviation War Liability---No tenders were received for either of the two lots before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders.Consequently, the open procedure is concluded without an award and the tender procedure (for both lots) is annulled.The contracting entity will proceed by means of a negotiated procedure without prior call for competition pursuant to Article 50(a) of the Utilities Directive.
