Irlande – Services de conseil en ingénierie de l'environnement – Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency Notice for direct award of contract for dewatering system operations at Kevin Street Lower Dublin 8.

Dublin City Council gives notice to invoke Article 32.2 (b)(ii) of Directive 2014/24/EU which allows for use of the negotiated procedure without prior call for competition where the works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator where competition is absent for technical reasons. A contract will be awarded to Verdé Environmental Consultants Limited for a period of five (5) months with the option to extend for three (3) further three (3) month periods. The contract will be for the continued provision of dewatering services at the Kevin Street Camden Yard site, Dublin 8, to maintain groundwater levels below the basement and excavation areas and to protect the site and existing structures.

The existing dewatering infrastructure, comprising pumps, a sediment tank, associated pipework, monitoring equipment and electrical installations, is fully installed, commissioned and operational. Responsibility for dewatering is expected to transfer to the Main Contractor following appointment, currently anticipated in March 2027, subject to project funding.
