Realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje:
- przygotowanie koncepcji oraz projektu zabudowy stoiska wystawienniczego, wykonania stoiska wystawienniczego na podstawie zaakceptowanego przez Zamawiającego projektu, montaż i demontaż stoiska wystawienniczego na Space Tech Expo Europe (Brema, Niemcy)
- wyposażenie stoiska w wymagany sprzęt
- zapewnienie produktów spożywczych oraz środków czystości dla funkcjonowania stoiska wystawienniczego
- zapewnienie obsługi technicznej i sprzątającej
- zapewnienie Hostess/hostów
- organizacja eventu, w tym zapewnienie (cateringu i nagłośnienia)
- zapewnienie usługi transportu materiałów informacyjno - promocyjnych Zamawiającego
- przygotowanie i montaż filmu promocyjnego przedstawiającego pełen zakres działań promocyjnych prowadzonych na stoisku wystawienniczym
