Description
In diesem Projekt soll ein Messnetz für das deutsche Schienennetz konzipiert und betreut werden, welches mithilfe von Messstationen systematisch Daten zu Zugbewegungen an deutschen Hauptstrecken erheben und für die anschließende Weiterverwendung nutzbar machen soll. Ausgehend von den technischen Möglichkeiten sowie rechtlichen und organisatorischen Randbedingungen wird ein Messkonzept für ausgewählte Anwendungsfälle erarbeitet, welches in einem nachfolgenden Projekt implementiert werden soll. Die Projektarbeiten beinhalten ebenfalls das Stakeholdermanagement und interne und externe Kommunikation der Projektergebnisse während der Erarbeitung des Messkonzepts sowie der Umsetzung des Pilotmessnetzes.
Die Umsetzung des Messkonzepts und die Pilotphase des Messnetzes werden ebenfalls in Bezug auf rechtliche und organisatorische Fragestellungen und das Messkonzept bei Bedarf angepasst.
