Locum avser upphandla arkitekttjänster för programhandling och optionerna systemhandling samt bygghandling inkluderat produktionsuppföljning och relationshandling, Denna upphandling avser ett uppdrag som ska ledas, utföras och samordnas av Uppdragsansvarig arkitekt.
