Deze opdracht omvat het verwerken van niet-recycleerbaar afval (Eural-code: 20.01.99) dat afkomstig is van huishoudens en gelijkaardige bedrijfsafvalstromen die selectief worden aangeleverd door de inwoners van het werkingsgebied van MIROM Roeselare op de recyclageparken van de aangesloten gemeenten: Hooglede, Houthulst, Koekelare, Kortemark, Langemark-Poelkapelle, Lichtervelde, Moorslede, Roeselare, Rumbeke, Staden, Torhout, Wingene, Ruiselede en Zonnebeke. De verschillende afvalstoffen worden ingezameld in containers en door MIROM Roeselare of de door het bestuur aangeduide transporteurs afgevoerd naar de verwerkers.
