Die RLG beabsichtigt die Vergabe der Einführung eines stationsbasierten Carsharings im Kreis Soest. Das Carsharing-System im Kreis Soest soll als zusätzliches Angebot die Mobilität im Umweltverbund verbessern und als Ergänzung zum ÖPNV sowie zum bereits bestehenden Fahrradmietsystem "HelBi" einen zusätzlichen Baustein zur Schaffung einer Alternative zum privaten (Zweit-)PKW darstellen. Dementsprechend soll ein stationsbasiertes System mit festen Abhol- und Rückgabepunkten im öffentlichen Raum geschaffen werden.
