Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Bau eines Gigabit-Netzes (FFTTB) in der Gemeinde Illmensee im Landkreis Sigmaringen. Der Auftragnehmer hat dabei das neu zu schaffende passive Gigabit-Netz (FTTB) „schlüsselfertig“ und funktionsfähig einschließlich aller erforderlichen Nebenleistungen (insbesondere Bau-, Vermessungs- und Dokumentationsleistungen) herzustellen und hierbei alle erforderlichen vertraglichen zur „schlüsselfertigen“ und funktionsfähigen Herstellung des neu zu schaffenden passiven Gigabit-Netzes (FTTB) inkl. aller erforderlichen Nebenleistungen (insbesondere Bau-, Vermessungs- und Dokumentationsleistungen) Regelungen des gesamten Vertragswerkes, und insbesondere die Vorgaben und technischen Regelungen gemäß Anlage Leistungsbeschreibung, zu beachten und umzusetzen.
