Description
Gegenstand der Vergabe ist ein Auftrag über ein Contentplanungstool als Software as a Service (SaaS) zur Nutzung im DB-Konzern und weitere dazugehörige IT-Dienstleistungen. Mit einem einheitlichen Tool zur Contentplanung werden die verwendenden Organisationseinheiten in die Lage versetzt, ihre kommunikativen bzw. redaktionellen Themen und Inhalte zu visualisieren, zu planen, zu steuern und abzustimmen. Durch die Teilbarkeit von Inhalten zwischen einzelnen Einheiten wird ein vernetztes, integriertes Arbeiten über Organisationseinheiten und Geschäftsfelder hinweg ermöglicht.
Der Fokus richtet sich auf alle Inhalte, die im Rahmen von Pressearbeit, interner Kommunikation sowie externen Kommunikations- und Marketingmaßnahmen für die relevanten Zielgruppen zur Verfügung gestellt werden (u.a. Pressemitteilungen, Pressetermine, Websites, Social-Media-Beiträge, interne Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, Podcasts etc.).
