Het opstellen van een integraal ontwerp en bestek voor de vernieuwbouw van het monumentale Paleis van Justitie in Arnhem. De projectscope betreft de complete vernieuwbouw van het Paleis van Justitie terwijl het primaire proces doorgaat: Nieuwbouw aangrenzend aan het monument en in de huidige patio, renovatie en functioneel verbeteren van het rijksmonument Walburgstraat 2 gedeeltelijke demontage en afstoot van Walburgstraat 4, alle aanpassingen gedurende deze ontwikkeling in WB2 en WB4 om te kunnen blijven functioneren. Totaal gebouw circa: 43.000 m2 BVO.
