Hankinnan kohteena on MSBI-asiantuntijoiden hankinta kokonaispalveluna Liikenne- ja viestintävirasto Traficomille. Hankinnan ensisijaisena tavoitteena on MSBI-asiantuntijoiden hankkiminen nykyisen on-premise ympäristön ylläpitämiseen ja kehittämiseen.
