1.1 Atliekant programinės įrangos priežiūrą turi būti: 1.1.1Atliekama ŠVIS sisteminės programinės įrangos priežiūra; 1.1.2 Teikiamos ŠVIS taikomosios programinės įrangos priežiūros paslaugos; 1.1.3 Teikiamos konsultacijos NŠA specialistams; 1.1.4 Suteikiama garantija visoms padarytoms modifikacijoms pagal sutartį. Jei atliekant modifikacijas yra daromos korekcijos tam tikrose posistemėse, tai priežiūros paslaugų teikėjas prisiima tų posistemių garantinius įsipareigojimus.
