Description

Geplant ist der Neubau von insgesamt fünf Polizeirevieren bzw. Kriminalkommissariaten an fünf unterschiedlichen Standorten in Massivbauweise. Vier der Gebäude sind als dreigeschossige, eins als viergeschossiger Baukörper ohne Untergeschoss vorgesehen.

Für jede Gebäudevariante wird zunächst eine Musterbauplanung erstellt, die anschließend als Grundlage für die Wiederholungsplanungen an den weiteren Standorten dient. Zudem entstehen Kostenvorteile hinsichtlich der Honorare und Zeitvorteile.
