Description
Das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Wirtschaft, Landesentwicklung und Energie (StMWi) betreibt im hausinternen Netzwerk sowohl die zentrale Management-Plattform Catalyst Center (vormals DNA Center), als auch die zentrale Sicherheitslösung zur Verwaltung des Netzwerkzugriffs Identity Services Engine (ISE) des Herstellers Cisco. Darüber werden sämtliche zentralen (im Serverraum) und dezentralen (in den Büros) Netzwerk-Switche und WLAN-Access-Points im StMWi verwaltet. Für den Betrieb aller Komponenten sind Lizenzen erforderlich, die mit Einführung der Systeme Mitte 2021 für eine Laufzeit von 5 Jahren beschafft wurden.
Da diese erforderlichen Lizenzen nun auslaufen, müssen diese neu beschafft werden, um die vorgenannten IT-Produkte weiter nutzen zu können.
