La Loterie Nationale souhaite conclure un accord-cadre avec un bureau de recrutement et de sélection pour une durée maximale de quatre ans afin d'accompagner le processus de recrutement et de sélection des hauts dirigeants de la Loterie Nationale, depuis l'appel à candidatures jusqu'au placement des candidats finaux. La sélection des candidats s’effectuera sur la base du présent guide de sélection (phase 1). Seuls les candidats sélectionnés seront invités à soumettre une offre (phase 2).
Les documents du marché de la phase 2 sont mis à disposition à titre informatif. La date ultime mentionnée est la date de clôture pour l’introduction uniquement des demandes de participation (dossiers de candidatures). Ceci signifie que c’est uniquement votre réponse pour la PHASE 1 (phase de sélection) qui doit être introduite sur e-Procurement.
