Contrat cadre d’une durée de quatre ans (2 + 1 + 1) pour le nettoyage et des services d'élimination des nuisibles et services divers des principaux bâtiments (JL, LEX, EB et la crèche). Il prévoit l’utilisation et la fourniture des produits qui respectent au mieux l’environnement ainsi que la mise en œuvre d’un équipement et du matériel adaptés aux besoins spécifiques du SGC. L’objectif est d’assurer un service de nettoyage optimal compte tenu de l’occupation des différents bâtiments et de la qualité du service voulu par le SGC.
