Der AG überträgt dem AN Ingenieurleistungen der Honorarzonen I bis V der HOAI für Tragwerksplanung. Die Planungsleistungen sind an/in den Bestandsgebäuden (Baujahr ab 1960) im Zusammenhang mit Erweiterungen, Umbauten und Umnutzungen zu erbringen. Die Erbringung der Planungsleistung erfolgt nach Einzelabrufen bis max. 50.000,00 € netto Honorar je Einzelabruf und Leistungsbild.
Im Einzelabruf wird der Umfang der Planungsleistung und die Termine festgelegt. Der AG behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung vor. Laufzeit: 24 Monate
