Die Münchner Wohnen GmbH plant auf den Baufeldern WA 2.1 und WA 2.2 im Werksviertel, entlang der Grafinger Straße im Stadtbezirk Berg am Laim, den Neubau eines zusammenhängenden Wohngebäudes mit rund 270 Wohneinheiten und einer Geschossfläche von ca. 25.425 m², inklusive einer genehmigten Bonusgeschossfläche von etwa 1.000 m². Die Bebauung umfasst fünf bis sieben Geschosse und wird ein vielfältiges, sozial orientiertes Wohnangebot bereitstellen. Grundlage der Planung ist der Bebauungsplan mit Grünordnung Nr. 2061 der Landeshauptstadt München sowie ein Vorbescheid aus dem Jahr 2023, der eine Geschossflächenmehrung von ca. 5.000 m² zulässt.
