The HSE, acting on behalf of the Kildare and West Wicklow Area as part of the Dublin Midlands Region, wishes to put in place a contract with a Single Service Provider for the provision of non-emergency transport for HSE Service Users from locations in the Kildare and West Wicklow area to the Beacon Renal Clinics at the below two locations, to avail of dialysis services:
