Description
Neubau eines integrativen Haus für Kinder und Errichtung eines Allwetterplatz. Das Gebäude liegt auf dem Grundstück der Wahlerschule und soll als 2-geschossiger Holzbau ausgeführt werden. Das Haus für Kinder wird für 3 Kindergarten- und 2 Krippengruppen errichtet und Platz für 99 Kinder bieten.
Direkt anschließen wird ein ca. 1.000 m² großer Freispielbereich mit Außenlager. Im Rahmen der Maßnahme wird auch ein Allwetterplatz gebaut werden. Beauftragt werden sollen in der Fachplanung Bauphysik die Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß HOAI sowie besondere Leistungen.
Die Bauherrin behält sich die stufenweise Beauftragung, zunächst der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 2, vor.
