Description
The Tyndall National Institute wishes to purchase an Ultra-Narrow linewidth Broadly tuneable Titanium (Ti): Sapphire Continuous Wave Laser. A fully automated hands-free/turnkey Ultra-Narrow linewidth Broadly tuneable Ti: Sapphire Continuous Wave laser (range with no optics change at least ~700-940 nm) as source for the Qlibri closed loop cavity system. The tuneable laser system should deliver power equal or exceeding 0.7 W (as measured at 780 nm) to excite a variety of nanostructures embedded in the Qlibri cavity tuned to resonance.
The Qlibri system will be operated at both room and at cryogenic temperatures and will be accessible through an optical fibre system.
