Belgoprocess is op zoek naar een nieuw tekeningbeheersysteem voor het centraal beheren, raadplegen en visualiseren van technische tekeningen. Dit systeem moet bijdragen aan een efficiënte en gestructureerde aanpak van tekenbeheer, zowel intern als in samenwerking met externe partners. Belgoprocess maakt standaard gebruik van verschillende tekenpakketten, waaronder Autocad, Inventor, Revit en andere.
Een maximale integratie met deze pakketten is dan ook essentieel. Het gewenste systeem dient minstens te voorzien in de volgende algemene functionaliteiten:
- Statusbeheer van documenten en tekeningen
- Rollenbeheer en toegangscontrole
- Automatische notificaties
- Een flexibele en configureerbare goedkeuringsflow
