Description
Die Stadt Itzehoe beabsichtigt, die Freianlagen sowie zugehörige leerstehende Fabrikgebäude der ehemaligen Zementfabrik "Alsen" zu einer Multifunktionsfläche mit nutzbarem überdachtem Außenraum umzugestalten und benötigt dafür u.a. Planungsleistungen, welche durch ein Architekturbüro zu erbringen sind. (Die Leistung Freianlagenplanung gem. § 39 HOAI wird separat vergeben.) Die hier vorliegende Ausschreibung betrifft die Planungsleistung zum Leistungsbild Objektplanung nach § 34 HOAI für die leerstehenden Fabrikgebäude.
Die Gebäude sind zu einem Nutzungserhalt als überdachter Außenraum (Kalthalle) zu ertüchtigen. Eine umfangreiche Machbarkeitsstudie mit Nutzungskonzept liegt vor. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Vergabe.
