Description
Voor de ondersteuning van haar ICT-behoeften biedt de Aanbestedende overheid een gemeenschappelijk dienstenaanbod aan. Dit aanbod is momenteel georganiseerd via verschillende raamovereenkomsten, waarvan de belangrijkste de zogeheten ICT-raamovereenkomsten 2022 zijn. Om tijdig een vernieuwd en toekomstgericht ICT-aanbod te realiseren, lanceert de Aanbestedende overheid een plaatsingsprocedure voor de vervanging van deze raamovereenkomsten door hun opvolger: de ICT-raamovereenkomsten 2029.
De ICT-raamovereenkomsten 2029 vormen geen loutere voortzetting van de bestaande ICT-raamovereenkomsten 2022. Ze zijn weliswaar gericht op het borgen van de continuïteit van de bestaande dienstverlening, maar spelen tegelijkertijd in op vernieuwing en anticiperen op de snelle en diverse evoluties binnen het ICT-landschap, met het oog op een duurzame en toekomstbestendige dienstverlening. De plaatsingsprocedure wordt gevoerd door Het Facilitair Bedrijf, met inhoudelijke sturing van Digitaal Vlaanderen.
Tijdens de uitvoering van de Raamovereenkomsten zal Digitaal Vlaanderen de regierol opnemen, in het kader van haar opdracht om de digitale transformatie van de Vlaamse overheid en de lokale besturen te begeleiden.
