In der Deutschen Bundesbank werden täglich Bilder in der internen und externen Kommunikation verwendet. Reibungslose Arbeitsabläufe sind dabei auf eine effiziente Verwaltung dieser Bilder angewiesen. Ein digitales System zur zentralen Bildverwaltung soll künftig helfen, die wachsende Zahl von Bilddateien zu speichern, diese nutzerfreundlich und schnell über Suchbegriffe und Metadaten auffindbar machen und ihre rechtssichere Verwendung unterstützen.
