Description
Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für die Freianlagen sowie die Ingenieurbauwerke im Rahmen des Projekts "Ersatzneubau der Umkleide- und Tribünenanlage am Sportpark Glashütter Weiher" (Schafberg 2, 52223 Stolberg). Die Maßnahme umfasst die Neugestaltung der Außenanlagen (ca. 1.000 m²) sowie die Planung der erforderlichen Ingenieurbauwerke (insb. Entwässerungssysteme und baukonstruktive Anlagen im Außenraum).
Der Auftragnehmer wird mit den Grundleistungen der Freianlagenplanung (§ 39 HOAI) und der Planung von Ingenieurbauwerken (§ 43 HOAI) der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 sowie vereinbarten Besonderen Leistungen beauftragt. Ziel ist die funktionale und gestalterische Integration des neuen Funktionsgebäudes in das bestehende Stadiongelände, die Schaffung barrierefreier Wegeverbindungen und die Umsetzung eines nachhaltigen Entwässerungskonzepts unter Berücksichtigung der topographischen Herausforderungen (Hanglage).
