Für die teilweise Sanierung und Fertigstellung der Neubauten umfasst die Projektsteuerung bzw. das Projektcontrolling die Ausführungsphase bis zur Fertigstellung der Gebäude, der Tiefgarage und der Außenanlagen durch einen Generalunternehmer sowie das Mängelmanagement bis 5 Jahre nach Fertigstellung der Baumaßnahme. Die Ausschreibung und Vergabe des Generalunternehmers wird Aufgabe des Projektsteuerers sein.
