Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für die Tragwerksplanung sowie die bauphysikalische Beratung im Rahmen des Projekts "Ersatzneubau der Umkleide- und Tribünenanlage am Sportpark Glashütter Weiher" in Stolberg. Die Leistungen umfassen die Grundleistungen der Tragwerksplanung (§ 51 HOAI i. V. m.
Anlage 14) sowie Leistungen der Bauphysik (Anlage 1.2 HOAI), bestehend aus Wärmeschutz, Bauakustik und Raumakustik. Besondere Herausforderungen des Vorhabens liegen in der anspruchsvollen Topographie (Hanglage am Weiher), der Integration einer Aufzugsanlage sowie der Erreichung des KfW-Effizienzhausstandards 55 mit einer Wärmeversorgung aus 100 % erneuerbaren Energien. Ziel ist eine integrale Planung unter Berücksichtigung der BIM-Methodik zur Sicherstellung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und der Förderfähigkeit im Bundesprogramm "Sanierung kommunaler Sportstätten" (SKS).
