Abschluss des 1. Änderungsvertrags zur Rahmenvereinbarung R1795 über die Lieferung von ruggedised Notebooks (Rocky) und ruggedised Tablet PC (Panther) nebst Zubehör wie Display, Docklite und Stromversorgungsgeräten. Die Leistung umfasst in ihrer Gesamtheit die Beschaffung von gehärteten IT-Komponenten und Zubehör.
Zur Führung der Einsätze der Bundeswehr stützen sich die Streitkräfte auf ein einheitliches, digitales Führungssystem in Form eines Softwareprodukts. Zum Betrieb dieses Führungssystems sind standardisierte, militärisch gehärtete und querschnittlich einsetzbare IT-Komponenten für den mobilen und stationären Einsatz erforderlich. Gegenstand der Leistung sind gehärtete IT-Komponenten und Zubehör sowie die zugehörigen Materialgrundlagen, die eine Nutzung auch unter erschwerten Umweltbedingungen (nach MIL-STD 810F) ermöglichen.
Seit 2010 werden die vorgenannten, speziell für die Bundeswehr angefertigten Komponenten beschafft und haben bisher ca. 5000 Plattformen querschnittlich ausgestattet.
