Description
De opdracht betreft de vernieuwing, doorontwikkeling, het beheer en onderhoud van het bestaande Brugmanagementsysteem (BMS) van de provincie Noord-Holland. Het BMS ondersteunt de bediening van bruggen en sluizen door het verzamelen, verwerken en presenteren van informatie ten behoeve van verkeerskundige besluitvorming en multimodale verkeersafwikkeling. De opdracht omvat de modernisering van de bestaande applicatie, de implementatie van aanvullende functionaliteiten en de uitvoering van beheer en onderhoud gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst.
De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een initiële periode van vijf jaar. De geraamde waarde van de initiële contractperiode bedraagt € 1.779.000 exclusief btw. De overeenkomst bevat daarnaast vijf eenzijdige verlengingsopties van telkens één jaar.
De geraamde maximale opdrachtwaarde bedraagt € 3.087.000 exclusief btw, inclusief de contractueel voorziene verlengingsopties. Bij de raming is rekening gehouden met prijsindexatie op basis van de toepasselijke CBS-prijsindex.
