L’objet du présent marché est la conclusion d’un accord-cadre portant sur la livraison des pièces de rechange pour la maintenance préventive et curative des systèmes HVAC situés dans le poste de conduite et le compartiment voyageurs des tramways T3000 et T4000 de la STIB. La maintenance a lieu dans les ateliers de la STIB. Ces trams sont du type Bombardier Flexity Outlook de première génération.
Ils ont été mis en service à partir de 2004 et sont équipés d'une climatisation de la marque Vossloh Kiepe : HKL305, HKL337 et HKL422. Le marché pourra être étendu à d’autres pièces nécessaires pour ces systèmes. L’accord-cadre pourra être attribué à plusieurs adjudicataires.
La méthodologie sera déterminée dans le cahier spécial des charges. La durée prévue de l’accord cadre est de 6 ans et pourra être reconduite tacitement à deux reprises, chaque fois pour une période d’un an.
