De opdracht betreft een Geïntegreerd Instandhoudingscontract (GIC) voor het gebouw en gebouwinstallaties van de IND Vastgoedcomplex te Zevenaar. Het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf wil voor dit Vastgoedcomplex een Opdrachtnemer contracteren die integraal verantwoordelijk is de Instandhouding van het gebouw en bijbehorende gebouwinstallaties. Naast de dagelijkse Instandhouding zullen ook Planbare Instandhouding en klantwensen bij de opdrachtnemer worden belegd.
Instandhouding geschiedt op basis van het aan het gebouw toegekende Instandhoudingslabel en de RVBBOEI-methodiek versie 2024. Deze opdracht betreft de Instandhouding van het Vastgoedcomplex IND gelegen aan de Ringbaan-zuid 2a te Zevenaar. De locatie heeft een bruto vloeroppervlak (BVO) van circa 11.000 m2 en heeft de functie van kantoorgebouw.
