Le présent marché consiste en la conclusion d’un accord-cadre et, à sa suite, de marchés subséquents ayant pour objet la fourniture d’antimousse pour les digesteurs de la Station d’épuration de Bruxelles Sud et ce, au fur et à mesure des besoins d’HYDRIA. L’antimousse doit permettre d'éliminer et/ou d'éviter la formation de moussage sur les ouvrages. L’accord-cadre a pour objectif de désigner deux soumissionnaires ayant remis l’offre économiquement la plus avantageuse sur base de critères d’attribution spécifiques à l’accord-cadre (voir Titre I.

Partie I. « Critères d’attribution appliqués à l’accord-cadre »). Lors de chaque marché subséquent, ces deux opérateurs économiques seront remis en concurrence sur base de critères d’attribution spécifiques aux marchés subséquents (voir « Critères d’attribution appliqués aux marchés subséquents »)
