Binnen de opdracht valt:
- Het plaatsen, aansluiten en werkend opleveren van de Multifunctionals
- Het leveren van service en onderhoud voor de Multifunctionals
- Het leveren en up to date houden van de software voor de Multifunctionals
- Het leveren van verbruiksgoederen voor de Multifunctionals
- Het doorlopend adviseren op het gebied van de Multifunctionals
- Het doorlopend instrueren van de eindgebruikers en beheerders van de Multifunctionals. Optioneel binnen de opdracht valt:
- De levering van papier (geen afname verplichting) Het betreft een Raamovereenkomst (hierna te noemen: Overneemkomst) met een initiële looptijd van drie (3) jaren.
Na deze periode heeft Opdrachtgever de mogelijkheid om de Overeenkomst nog drie (3) keer te verlengen met één jaar door het lichten van optiejaren. De maximale looptijd is daarmee zes (6) jaren. De Overeenkomst expireert na afloop van de contractjaren (initieel ofwel na het lichten van optiejaren) ofwel na het bereiken van de maximale opdrachtwaarde van € 2.700.000.
