Dit bestek omvat het plaatsen van nieuwe bovenleidingpalen en -constructies langsheen de L50 en L50E tussen Y West Driehoek Ledeberg (KP. 54.500 - L50E) en de vertakking tussen de L50/L50E en de L50A (KP. 56.000 - L50E), het overnemen van de aardings- en glasvezelkabels en de bovenleidingen van sporen A en B van de L50 en L50E, op die constructies, aanpassingswerken aan de ophangpunten overbruggingen van de E17 (KP. 54.480 - L50E) en de B401 (KP. 55.080 - L50E), aanpassingswerken aan de bovenleidingen ten gevolge van hun overnames (verschuivingen luchtstroken, verplaatsen T-schakelaars etc.) en het afbreken van de bestaande constructies, richtelementen en bovenleidingpalen in dat gebied. In deze opdracht moeten de inschrijvers hun CO2-ambitieniveau op basis van een CO2-prestatieladder opgeven waardoor ze beloond kunnen worden voor hun inspanningen om de CO2-uitstoot te verminderen doordat ze een voordeel bij de rangschikking van de offertes bekomen.
