De opdracht heeft als voorwerp de levering, implementatie, configuratie, integratie, opleiding, ondersteuning en onderhoud van een centraal platform voor geïntegreerd kwetsbaarheidsbeheer, ook omschreven als Unified Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management of gelijkwaardige functionaliteit. De oplossing moet kwetsbaarheden en aanverwante bevindingen uit diverse geautomatiseerde en manuele bronnen samenbrengen, normaliseren, dedupliceren, verrijken, prioriteren, toewijzen, opvolgen en rapporteren. Zij moet de aanbestedende overheid in staat stellen om kwetsbaarheden end-to-end te beheren, van detectie of melding tot remediëring, risicoacceptatie of formele afsluiting, met ondersteuning voor samenwerking tussen teams, veilige informatieafscherming en managementrapportering.
