skeyes a l’intention de conclure un ou plusieurs contrats avec un ou plusieurs adjudicataires pour l’installation, la location, la maintenance et le support de connexions réseau Layer 2 entre les data centres de skeyes à Steenokkerzeel et plusieurs sites distants du système nationwide WAM de skeyes, dans une architecture en étoile (hub-spoke), afin de soutenir les phases 2A, 2B et 3 du projet WAM national (nationwide). Le marché est divisé en lots, chaque site distant pour lequel une connexion réseau doit être réalisée constituant un lot distinct. Les contrats seront conclus pour une durée initiale de 5 ans, à compter de la réception de la connexion réseau réalisée. skeyes peut résilier tout contrat chaque année, moyennant le respect d’un préavis de 3 mois.

En outre, skeyes peut renouveler tacitement chaque contrat 3 fois sous les mêmes conditions, chaque fois pour une période supplémentaire de 1 an. Par conséquent, la durée indicative maximale de chaque contrat est de 8 ans.
