Die Immobilien- und Projektmanagementgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt mbH (IPS) ist eine einhundertprozentige Gesellschaft des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt und wurde am 30.11.2021 gegründet. Das Land Sachsen-Anhalt, vertreten durch die IPS Immobilien- und Projektmanagementgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt mbH, beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines Neubaus für das Finanzamt Staßfurt als zukunftsorientiertes Verwaltungsgebäude mit Modellcharakter. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Realisierung eines innovativen Musterfinanzamtes, das den Anforderungen einer modernen, digitalen und nachhaltigen Landesverwaltung entspricht und zugleich die organisatorischen, funktionalen und kulturellen Bedarfe der Nutzerorganisation langfristig unterstützt.

Im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens sollen die Projektsteuerungsleistungen für den Neubau vergeben werden.
