Die Flachau Tourismus GmbH beabsichtigt, den „Ausbau der Weltcuppiste mit Flutlichtanlage 2026“ zur Veranstaltung von Skiweltcup-Rennen im Skigebiet Flachau zu vergeben. Damit soll in Zukunft ua ein Nacht-Riesenslalom in Flachau stattfinden können.
