Description
Die beim Hochwasser 2021 stark beschädigten Bahnstrecken in der Eifel werden im Rahmen des Wiederaufbaus modernisiert und elektrifiziert. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über ein neu entwickeltes 25-kV-Inselnetz, das über Netzkupplungen an bestehende Bahnstromleitungen angeschlossen wird. Eine Netzkupplung ist bei Fischenich geplant und wird über die Bahnstromleitung BL 563 Köln-Sindorf mit dem DB Energie-Netz verbunden.
Der Bau dieser Netzkupplung erfolgt nahe der Bahnstrecke 2360 Köln-Bingen beim Abspannabschnitt 91-92 der BL 563. An dieser Stelle werden beide Stromkreise jeweils über einen neuen Kreuztraversenmast (91a und 91b) in die Netzkupplung und zurück zur Leitungstrasse geführt.
