El presente contrato tiene por objeto la prestación de los servicios del Centro de Atención al usuario, operación y soporte de los sistemas informáticos del Grupo ICO, en adelante ICO, incluyendo al Instituto de Crédito Oficial, Entidad Pública Empresarial (ICO), Axis Participaciones Empresariales, S.G.E.I.C., S. A., S.M.E. (Axis) y la Fundación ICO, F.S.P.
(Fundación ICO). A través del Centro de Atención al Usuario (en adelante, CAU) se atenderá cualquier necesidad o incidencia que los usuarios del ICO puedan presentar. Por otra parte, se prestará el servicio de operación sobre los equipos e infraestructura informática del ICO.
