Die BeteiligungsHolding Hanau GmbH übernimmt als Muttergesellschaft die Rolle des Gesellschafters sowie die einer Finanzholding und verantwortet die IT-Infrastruktur als auch den Einkauf für die Unternehmung Stadt Hanau (BHG-Konzern, Stadtverwaltung, städtische Eigenbetriebe). Die BHG wieß 2024 eine Kon-zernbilanzsumme von ca. 750 Mio. Euro aus, der Konzenumsatz betrug ca. 470 Mio.
Euro und es wurden durchschnittlich mehr als 2.800 Mitarbeiter beschäftig. Der BHG-Konzern ist dem Gemeinwohl der Stadt Hanau verpflichtet und trägt zur Erfüllung kommunaler Aufgaben der Stadt Hanau bei.
