Hierfür sollen die Fachplanungsleistungen über eine Rahmenvereinbarung - "Ein-Partner-Rahmenvereinbarung" - vergeben werden. Der hier ausgeschriebene Rahmenvertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 2 Jahren mit 2-maliger Option auf Verlängerung um jeweils 1 Jahr.
