Het doel van deze aanbesteding is te komen tot een Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor het leveren van de vaste datacommunicatieverbindingen, conform de door het Waterschap opgestelde profielmatrix ten behoeve van drieëntwintig (23) locaties (rioolwaterzuiveringsinstallaties, gemalen, werkplaatsen enz.) van het Waterschap. De genoemde aantallen zijn een reële schatting en stellen Inschrijvers in staat om op gelijke basis te calculeren. Aan de genoemde aantallen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
De Opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver die de Inschrijving met de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding heeft uitgebracht.
