Projekt: ÖBB-Technische Services GmbH, SVS Linz Raimundstraße, 4020 Linz, Raimundstraße 50, Strecke 102 01 Knoten Wagram (in Wat) – Salzburg HBf (in Sb) km 185.394 – 186.250 TGA-HKLS für das Projekt SVS Linz Raimundstraße Kurzbeschreibung: Für die bestehende und neue Flotte von Nahverkehrstriebwagen im Raum Oberösterreich/Salzburg der ÖBB soll eine neue Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur für die Instandhaltung von Nahverkehrselektrotriebzüge geschaffen werden. Die Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur wird am Gelände des ehem. Heizhauses an der Ecke Raimund- /Heizhausstraße in Linz an der Strecke 101.02 errichtet.
Dazu sind folgende Arbeiten erforderlich: - Errichtung der Wärmeversorgungsanlage - Errichtung der Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen - Errichtung der prozesslufttechnischen Anlagen - Errichtung der Abwasseranlagen - Errichtung der Wasseranlagen - Errichtung der Feuerlöschanlagen Baubeginn: 09. Juni 2026 Bauende: 12. Dezember 2027
