Projekt: ÖBB-Technische Services GmbH, SVS Linz Raimundstraße, 4020 Linz, Raimundstraße 50, Strecke 102 01 Knoten Wagram (in Wat) – Salzburg HBf (in Sb) km 185.394 – 186.250 Kurzbeschreibung: Für die bestehende und neue Flotte von Nahverkehrstriebwagen im Raum Oberösterreich/Salzburg der ÖBB soll eine neue Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur für die Instandhaltung von Nahverkehrselektrotriebzüge geschaffen werden. Die Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur wird am Gelände des ehem. Heizhauses an der Ecke Raimund-/Heizhausstraße in Linz an der Strecke 101.02 errichtet.

Dazu sind folgende Spengler- und ergänzende Arbeiten zur Herstellung der Dach- und Fassadenhülle erforderlich: Dachbekleidung (Haupthalle Shed, Bürogebäude, Schaltposten, Müllboxen, Fahrrad-ständer, Sheddachverglasung und RWA) Fassade inkl. Fenster und Toreinfassungen Arbeitsbeginn: 6. April 2026 (Detailplanung Fassade) Baubeginn: 31.
