Projekt: ÖBB-Technische Services GmbH, SVS Linz Raimundstraße, 4020 Linz, Raimundstraße 50, Strecke 102 01 Knoten Wagram (in Wat) – Salzburg HBf (in Sb) km 185.394 – 186.250 TGA-Elektro 50HZ für das Projekt SVS Linz Raimundstraße Kurzbeschreibung: Für die bestehende und neue Flotte von Nahverkehrstriebwagen im Raum Oberösterreich/Salzburg der ÖBB soll eine neue Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur für die Instandhaltung von Nahverkehrselektrotriebzüge geschaffen werden. Die Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur wird am Gelände des ehem. Heizhauses an der Ecke Raimund-/Heizhausstraße in Linz an der Strecke 101.02 errichtet.
Dazu sind folgende Arbeiten erforderlich: Errichtung einer neuen Energieversorgung (Mittelspannungsanlage 10KV mit Trafos) Errichtung einer Niederspannungshauptverteilung Errichtung der kompletten Elektroinstallation für die Innen- und Außenanlagen, bestehend aus Kabeltragsysteme, Beleuchtungs- und Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlagen, Errichtung der Arbeits- und Maschinenstromkreise Errichtung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur Errichtung einer Gleisfeldbeleuchtung Errichtung der Blitzschutz- und Potentialausgleichsanlagen Innen und Außen Baubeginn: 09. März 2026 Bauende: 12. Dezember 2027
