De bouwprojectmanagementopdracht omvat het gehele bouwprojectmanagement voor de realisatie van het kindcentrum Noorderkwartier te Almelo. Zie aanbestedingsstukken voor meer informatie. Het nieuwe kindcentrum moet onderdak bieden aan circa 775 leerlingen in het regulier basisonderwijs en speciaal onderwijs.
