Description
Das Betriebsgebäude in Köln-Langel, Alte Römerstraße 171 in 50679 Köln, ist zum größten Teil eingeschossig, komplett unterkellert und durch Fugen in drei Bauteilen errichtet worden. In Teilbereichen wurde eine Zwischendecke für die Archivnutzung, Technik- und Sanitärräume eingebaut. An der Nordwestseite befindet sich der separate Treppenturm mit Aufzug zum Verbindungsgang der beiden Faultürme.
Im Untergeschoss schließen die Installationskanäle zu den anderen Betriebsstätten an. Das vorhandene Betriebsgebäude wurde bereits im Jahre 1982 errichtet und im Jahre 1995 umgebaut. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Sanierung bzw.
Renovierung aller Etagen in dem Betriebsgebäude. Das Betriebsgebäude soll auch teilweise umgebaut werden.
