Description
The Learning Management System is required as a platform for the delivery of Learning Management in TII. The main features and functionality of the LMS solution are as follows:
- Set up online training courses for users
- Support for Scorm format (and other delivery formats as may be required)
- Upload video and audio content in multiple file formats
- Add quizzes to training courses and track response
- Provide certificates to staff for course completion
- Track and report on course completions
- Support for single sign-on using Microsoft AD Authentication (TII uses Office 365)
- Ability to import user data from Azure AD including Azure AD Groups and their membership
- Ability to report by Department or Line Manager
- Issuing of course invitations via batch emails to groups of users
- Ability to force learning based on user behaviour
- Ability to download all TII data/modules/reports upon completion of term of contract
